Megan Chunn is an artist practicing in Oakland, California. She works across a wide variety of media including installation, sculpture, painting, and drawing using an array of traditional and non-traditional materials. Megan has been awarded the Toby Devan Lewis Fellowship Award for her MFA thesis exhibition and was a finalist for the Headlands Graduate Fellow Program. Notable exhibitions include Perception at Embark Gallery (San Francisco), New Normal 3 at Guerrero Gallery (Oakland), Anatomize at 40AU (Nashville) and Breadbox Backstock curated by ZieherSmith Gallery (Nashville). Originally from North Carolina, Megan received her BFA from Watkins College of Art Design & Film, and her MFA in Painting/Sculpture at California College of the Arts.
